Returns and Refunds

At RedThreads, each item is custom-made for your order. Because of this, we can only offer a replacement or refund if a product is damaged or defective.

If you opt for a refund instead of a replacement, we will refund the cost of the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selections, so double-check your cart and refer to our sizing charts on the product pages before completing your order.

When your order arrives, please inspect it immediately. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at support@redthreads.com.au as soon as possible. We’ll review the situation and work to resolve it.

This policy applies for 30 days from the date you receive your order. After 30 days, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
